Improving your credit score takes time but we understand that many of you may be in a position where you have a lease expiring or need a place to live within the next 12 months. 

Through our relationship with Weichert Realtors BenchMark, we are developing a list of homes available for lease/purchase.   A lease/purchase will allow you to move into a home now and rent for up to a year while you work to improve your credit.   Once you can qualify for mortgage financing, you will purchase that home at a pre-determined price.

As a participant in PumpUpMyCreditScore.com you will be pre-qualified for a lease/purchase home and will be given priority consideration if you choose to pursue that option.
